Movement Rehabilitation Specialist

My commitment to helping others find a pain-free, vital, and strong body guides both my teaching and my holistic approach to movement education. Having worked through my own physical limitations, I discovered new ways of understanding the body and developed adaptive modes of conditioning that support resilience and long-term health. This journey led me to create a successful private rehabilitation practice drawing on the Pilates Method, the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, and athletic strength training. Whether working with dancers, athletes, or individuals simply seeking to stay active and move with ease, I integrate these systems to address diverse movement needs. My goal is to help people of all backgrounds build a strong, adaptable foundation for performance, daily living, and lifelong wellness.
